The slow weeks back to yourself.
Recovery support for the post-augmentation weeks, on your surgeon's timeline.
Last reviewed:
After breast augmentation, the first two to three weeks are about restricted upper-body movement and supporting the implants as they settle. You will be told to avoid lifting, avoid certain sleeping positions, and protect the chest from impact.
Swelling and tightness gradually ease over six weeks. Full activity return is often six to eight weeks.
Once cleared by your surgeon, HBOT can support cellular repair without requiring any chest contact. JUNÒ can target the lower back, hips, and legs — areas that compensate for restricted upper-body posture — never touching the surgical site.
Infrared sauna is the last to introduce, once the surgeon confirms incision sites are fully healed and supportive garments are no longer required.
A 2025 meta-analysis in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (49:2498–2512) reports approximately 40% faster healing in post-surgical recovery supported by HBOT.
Always after explicit clearance from your surgeon. As a general guide: HBOT typically from week 2-3, JUNÒ on non-chest areas from week 3-4, infrared sauna from week 6 once incisions are fully healed.
CAIAN does not provide post-surgical medical care, breast-implant massage protocols, or anything involving direct contact with the surgical site. All care related to the implants and incisions remains with your surgeon.
