What CAIAN is (and is not)

CAIAN Recovery Hub is a licensed wellness facility operated by CAIAN RECOVERY HUB SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601007659 (1669757-K)). We are not a medical clinic. Our sessions support rest and recovery; they do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

If you are recovering from surgery, pregnant, or managing a medical condition, consult your doctor before booking. We carry out a short suitability screening before your first session and may decline or adjust a session for your safety.

Bookings

Sessions are booked through this website or at the facility, subject to availability and our operating hours (Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 20:00; closed Mondays). Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your booking.

Same-day bookings require at least 30 minutes' notice before the session start time.

Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel or reschedule a booking yourself from the My Bookings page up to 24 hours before the session starts. A paid session cancelled before the cutoff is returned to your wallet as a session credit you can rebook with at any time within its validity.

Cancellations inside the 24-hour window, and no-shows, are forfeited. If something exceptional happens, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Session credits and packages

Credits from packages and à la carte purchases are valid for 6 months from purchase unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Credits can be shared with family and friends you invite to your wallet. The First Trial is limited to one per guest and is not shareable.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Online payments are processed securely by Billplz (FPX online banking). Receipts are available online and by email after payment settles.

Cancelled sessions are compensated with session credits rather than cash refunds, except where a refund is required by law or approved by us in exceptional cases. To request one, contact us with your order reference.

Your responsibilities at the facility

Follow staff guidance and the posted safety information for each modality. Disclose relevant health conditions during screening honestly; this is for your safety. We may end a session early, without refund, if continuing would be unsafe or if behaviour disrupts other guests' recovery.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, CAIAN's liability in connection with a session or booking is limited to the amount paid for that session or booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General
